Susan’s DanceWorks is also home to the award winning Susan’s DanceWorks Company, established for our more serious and dedicated dancers. This competition team gives these dancers the opportunity to experience a team environment, and build memories that will last a lifetime. Each year our dancers must successfully complete an audition process to become a member of this elite team. Company dancers and their parents must be dedicated, as competing with the company is a large commitment. Susan’s DanceWorks Company dancers perform at community events and school functions, as well as traveling and competing at regional and national dance competitions. Our dancers also attend conventions and workshops, which allow them to learn new skills and improve technique. Our Susan’s DanceWorks Company dancers have received numerous awards, judges choice and high score honors. These include Studio of Excellence, Best Studio Choreography, Best of Show, and named Top Studio! Auditions are held twice a year in early May and early August.
